The Believers exist to unite believers around the world to reach the lost, raise up disciples, and set captives free. Gods love is a redeeming love. He redeems a believer totally, body mind and soul. The Believers are commited to empower believers around the world to be healthy, productive, and generous servants of Christ.

The Mission:
Preach, teach, and deliver the oppressed. Heal the sick, care for the poor, empower the widows and orphans, facilitate business growth, and economic development. Conduct sensitization seminars focusing on social justice and cultural reform.

Rachel Heine, the director of The Believers ministries is a licensed minister in Murrieta, CA. She provides private healing prayer sessions out of The Believers Prayer House in Murrieta. She also runs the minsitries and administrative duties of Cross of Light Diamond Foundation. Her desire is to rescue children and young women from the injustices of human trafficking and endentured servitude existing in the world today.

Her vision is to see women and children empowered to live a life of abundance and freedom. An initiative has been established in the Luapula Province of Zambia on 240 hectares of land aquired by Rev Paul Bupe.

Preach
· Evangelism crusades- To go into the world and share the good news

Teach
· Pastor Development - It is vital that we assist those who are called to lead others into truth, that they themselves have the truth in its entirety. It is to honor and protect the name of our Lord that we strive to provide training to those who do not have access to it in their countries. Many abuses of Gods people by their leaders are a result of ignorance of the Word of God.

· Power of the Holy Spirit - The Gospel is not about words but about the Power of God. Therefore, without the enduement from on high, we are nothing!

· Righteousness - Scripture tells us plainly that we are to be Holy as He is Holy. Practicing sin will make one impotent in ministry. Romans 6:22-23

· Seminars - Sensitization of cultural issues examined by the Word of God will expidite change in the mindsets of communities.

Deliverance

· Demons - Mindsets and spirits prevent us from living a totally redeemed life, and therefore need to be addressed though counseling, renouncing and prayer.

· Curses - Break curses that have been handed down through generations, or put on us by others, through the occult or by ourselves.

· Superstitions- Fear of evil happening to us is an open door for spirits to enter. We teach faith in Christ that: He who is in us is greater than he who is in the world. watch video

· healing- God wants to heal, and therefore we pray for healing.

Care
· Widows - empower widows to be self sufficient through mentoring in business and skills training.

· Orphans - Rescue and care for the street orphans who are in child prostitution or modern day slavery.

· Prison - Visit those in prison and assist in transition back into society.

· Hungry - Create self sustainable channels of food production.

· Thirsty - Create reliable sources of clean water.

· Sick - Visit and care for the sick and dying. Throughout Africa a multitude of AIDS victims left abandoned are left to themselves due of the social stigma of AIDS. We seek to bring medical treatment, healing and comfort through prayer and support.

Development

· Business - Empower men and women of faith to use their skills as a means to fulfill their calling.

· Environment - Educate and implement practices that respect and care for Gods creation.

· Micro finance - Use loans as a means for individual, group and community economic empowerment.

· Education - Provide teachers and schools for skills, business, social, family, medical, education, and theological training.

· Agriculture and Fisheries - Develop lucrative and self sustaining farming and fishery initatives that provide food and capital to people within the faith community.
